Analytics and Product Improvement: The service uses analytics tools (PostHog, Google Tag Manager) to improve user experience and platform functionality. By using Adtool.io, you consent to analytics data collection including your email address for user identification, support purposes, and product optimization as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Adtool.io operates on a subscription basis with different plans available. Current pricing and plan details are listed on our website at https://adtool.io.
Payment terms and methods will be specified during the subscription process. Subscription fees are typically billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
Failure to pay subscription fees will result in suspension of access to the service. Access will be restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
You retain ownership of your campaign data, creative content, and business information. However, you grant Adtool a license to process, store, and use this data to provide the service.
Adtool may use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze patterns and improve our services. This data cannot identify individual users or accounts and is used solely to enhance the platform for all users.
Upon account termination, your personal data and campaign-specific information will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized data used for service improvement may be retained.
Adtool.io is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. Adtool will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The service depends on third-party APIs (Facebook, Google Drive) and infrastructure providers (Supabase). Service interruptions may occur due to third-party issues beyond our control.
Adtool reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the service. Users will be notified of planned maintenance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY DANISH LAW:
You acknowledge that advertising results depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, and campaign strategy.
All rights, title, and interest in Adtool.io, including software, design, trademarks, and AI models, belong to Adtool. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.
Users retain ownership of their original creative content but grant necessary licenses for service provision as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@adtool.io. Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Adtool reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Denmark.
Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
