These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Artificial Improvements, a Danish company.
Adtool.io is a Facebook advertising management platform that enables users to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns. The service integrates with Facebook Marketing API and Google Drive to provide comprehensive advertising tools.
AI-Powered Features: The service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve advertising optimization. By using Adtool.io, you consent to your data being used for AI training and development as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use Adtool.io for:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising campaigns comply with all applicable laws, Facebook's policies, and industry regulations in your jurisdiction.
Adtool.io currently operates as a free service during the testing and early development phase. Pricing will be introduced and communicated to users with advance notice.
When subscription pricing is introduced, the service will operate on an "access or no access" model. Standard pricing is expected to be 1,000 DKK per month, with special arrangements possible for early adopters.
Failure to pay subscription fees will result in immediate suspension of access to the service. Access will be restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
You retain ownership of your campaign data, creative content, and business information. However, you grant Artificial Improvements a license to process, store, and use this data to provide the service.
Artificial Improvements owns all rights to aggregated, anonymized data derived from user activities for the purpose of AI training and service improvement. This includes patterns, insights, and machine learning models developed from user data.
Upon account termination, your personal data and campaign-specific information will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, anonymized data used for AI training may be retained.
Adtool.io is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. Artificial Improvements will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The service depends on third-party APIs (Facebook, Google Drive) and infrastructure providers (Supabase). Service interruptions may occur due to third-party issues beyond our control.
Artificial Improvements reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the service. Users will be notified of planned maintenance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY DANISH LAW:
You acknowledge that advertising results depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, and campaign strategy.
All rights, title, and interest in Adtool.io, including software, design, trademarks, and AI models, belong to Artificial Improvements. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.
Users retain ownership of their original creative content but grant necessary licenses for service provision and AI training as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting martin@artificialimprovements.com. Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Artificial Improvements reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Denmark.
Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
